Sound Healing do Wonder for Chronic Pain
How various kinds of sound frequencies are effective at countering tension, pain, and anger?
I have found that alternative sound therapy does wonders for me when I am stressed out or tingling sensations are coming in my body. It simply means we are energy and we don’t need any pain medicine to get rid of it. We are vibrating with the universe. Look out pigeons, sparrows, etc how their body is vibrating at different intervals of time. Our thoughts and patterns are making pain chronic.
I went to countless doctors and treatment facilities that didn’t restore my health. At the end of going rabbit hole, I was fortunate enough that I had internet on the way to find the solution to my problem. Check my video on this subject also.

Sound meditation and other sound-based health practices are having so good outcomes in terms of healing people's mental, spiritual health, emotional and physical health. It makes me crazy why people don’t trust alternative treatments. That pill which the doctor community prescribes can keep you dumb and numb for ages.
I want people to encourage to try some new treatments it could be meditation, cold showers, strengthening protocols, trauma-releasing exercises, sound baths, and healing, chiros, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda. Ayurveda is my favorite, sunrise and sunset, sunrise and sunset exist for reason.
If your issue has become chronic and doctors are keeping you addicted to pain medications and you have been consuming Advil, Motrin, Elavil, Aleve, generic Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, and Naproxen for your chronic pain then have faith and start figuring out your life first.
Definitely, you would be finding some patterns when your pain is increasing.
When you go to public places
When sitting in front of the computer.
When you visit some cold climate or very hot climate and your nervous system is back in fight and flight.
When stressed out
When you are not Boss
When in a toxic environment and angry
When you are not with nature
When you eat unhealthily.
There could be many more, I would suggest to try finding patterns and start building your life from scratch according to the soul purpose. Sound is healing our subconscious and the subconscious is the data warehouse of past repressed memories.
WebMD states above drugs can have harmful side effects like heartburn, kidney, damage, liver problems, etc.
I think with a low stressful lifestyle, affirmations, sound healing you can get your life back on track.
Goldsby also says sound meditation seems to work in part by switching off the body’s fight-or-flight stress responses — the same ones that are activated by loud or unpredictable noises.“Sound healing counters this [stress] response by invoking the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows heart rate, reduces.
It’s the same way trauma-releasing exercises are grounding your body. I love trauma-releasing exercises also. They are great for grounding your body.
